Our Guarantee
We stand behind LongevityOS with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase a license and decide it isn't right for you — for any reason — we will issue a full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@longevityostheme.com within 14 days of your purchase with:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number (found in your LemonSqueezy receipt)
- A brief note that you'd like a refund (no detailed explanation required)
We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for a Full Refund
- Any purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Annual license renewals within 7 days of the renewal charge, if you did not intend to renew
Not Eligible for a Refund
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date
- Licenses that have been used to build and launch a production website that remains publicly live at the time of the refund request
- Requests based on incompatibility with third-party plugins or custom code not part of LongevityOS — we encourage you to review system requirements and the live demo before purchasing
Renewals
If your license renews automatically and you did not intend to renew, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that renewal payment. To avoid future unintended renewals, cancel auto-renewal from your LemonSqueezy account dashboard before your renewal date.
Technical Issues
If you are experiencing a technical problem with LongevityOS, please contact support at hello@longevityostheme.com before requesting a refund. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and we want to make sure the theme works correctly for you.
If we are unable to resolve a confirmed bug or defect within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and returned to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Processing time after we initiate the refund:
- Credit/debit card: 3–7 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal: 1–3 business days
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to updates or support.
