1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing longevityostheme.com or purchasing a LongevityOS license, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.

2. Products and Services

LongevityOS offers premium WordPress themes sold as annual software licenses. Our products are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive:

• A license key granting you the right to install and use the theme as defined in the End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Access to theme updates for the duration of your active license
• Email support from our team

We do not sell physical goods. All sales are of digital software licenses.

3. Account and License

When you purchase a LongevityOS license, LemonSqueezy (our payment and license platform) creates a customer account on your behalf. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your license key
• All use of your license key, whether or not authorized by you
• Notifying us promptly at hello@longevityostheme.com if your license key is compromised

License keys are non-transferable except as permitted under the EULA.

4. Payment and Billing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Annual licenses renew automatically each year on the anniversary of your purchase date. You will receive a reminder email before renewal. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your LemonSqueezy account dashboard before the renewal date.

Payment is processed by LemonSqueezy and its payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service and Stripe's terms. We do not store payment card information.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated via email and will take effect at your next renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all LongevityOS licenses. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, email hello@longevityostheme.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Refunds are not available:

• After the 14-day window has passed
• For licenses that have been used to deploy a production site that remains in use

Refunds are processed within 5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LongevityOS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our EULA. You agree not to:

• Use our products to build websites that violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense LongevityOS theme files to third parties
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, license references, or attribution in the theme code
• Use our branding, name, or trademarks without prior written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the theme's source code beyond what is provided

7. Intellectual Property

LongevityOS theme files, design assets, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of LongevityOS and are protected by copyright law.

Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the theme as defined in the EULA — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying code or design assets to you.

Third-party components included in the theme (WordPress core integrations, open-source libraries) remain subject to their own licenses, which are included in the theme documentation.

8. Support

Email support at hello@longevityostheme.com is included with all active licenses. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Support covers:

• Installation and configuration questions
• Bugs or defects in the theme as shipped
• Guidance on using built-in theme features

Support does not cover:

• Custom development or modifications beyond the theme's built-in features
• Conflicts caused by third-party plugins not listed in our documentation
• Hosting, server, or WordPress core issues

We reserve the right to decline support requests that fall outside this scope.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

LongevityOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The theme will meet your specific requirements
• The theme will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LongevityOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our products.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LongevityOS and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our products in violation of these Terms or the EULA
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you create or publish using LongevityOS

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

If you are located outside the United States, you agree that your use of our products and any disputes will be governed by US law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active license holders by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
